We are a multi-purpose events space and are available to rent for performances, parties, galas fundraisers, art exhibits and more. Please note that the office is staffed Monday-Friday, but the building may be open for special events on the weekends.

Art resale experts, Caviar20 focuses on the 20th century market with an emphasis on works on paper. Troy Seidman, the owner and director, has a particular interest in sculpture, works on paper, and photography created between the late 1960's to the turn of the millennium. Of course, we always have special things that are either a little older, or a little more contemporary... Artists we regularly offer: Frank Stella, Helen Frankenthaler, Andy Warhol, Robert Motherwell, Harold Town, Joyce Wieland, Jules Olitski, Kosso Eloul, Rita Letendre, Louise Nevelson, Sorel Etrog, Sam Francis, General Idea, Barbara Kruger, Jenny Holzer, Edward Burtynsky, Weegee, Cindy Sherman and Nan Goldin.
